1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use econtutorials.com (“EconTutorials”, “we”, “us”) and when you buy a digital product from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

2. Free content

Our guides, articles, formula sheets and exam guides are free to read for personal study. You may link to any page. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use it to train or build a competing service, without written permission.

3. Digital products

• Books, practice books, flashcards, case studies and bundles are sold as downloadable PDF (and, where stated, ZIP) files.
• Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print the files for their own study.
• You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the files. Teachers who want copies for a class can contact us about a school licence.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount displayed. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.

5. Delivery

Download links appear on the order confirmation page straight after payment, are emailed to the address you give at checkout, and stay available in My downloads. If a link does not work, contact us and we will resend it.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

7. Accuracy

We check our content carefully, but errors can occur, and exam boards change their syllabuses. Our materials support your study; they are not official exam-board publications, and we cannot guarantee any exam result.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
