Our books are digital downloads, delivered the moment you pay.
Faulty or missing files
If a file will not download or open, or is not the product described, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will send a working copy or give you a full refund.
Bought the wrong product or bought twice
If you bought the same book twice, or bought a single book and then the bundle that contains it, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate.
Change of mind
Because a PDF cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not normally refund a change of mind after the files have been downloaded. Please read the free sample on each book page before you buy.
How to ask
Email us through the contact page with your order number and the email address you used. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
